Booksellers: we’re giving away 2 free rooms in a Victorian mansion in Denver.

Winter Institute 11 is on its way, and for the second year in a row, publishers Catapult and Grove Atlantic, together with the website Literary Hub, will rent a house and make it available to 14 independent booksellers. The Lit Lodge is intended to help independent bookstores offset their costs by providing offsite Winter Institute housing free of charge, and to bring booksellers from across the country together in a close-knit and energetic environment. In Denver, the house will be centrally located on Colfax Avenue—just a few blocks from the Tattered Cover bookstore—and only 1.5 miles from the conference itself.

Independent booksellers attending Winter Institute in Denver can apply below for a free room . 

To enter, simply complete the form below, letting us know why you’d like to be a part of Lit Lodge.  Preference will be given to booksellers in financial need.  All entries must be received by Thursday, November 19th.

On Tuesday, November 24th, we’ll announce two winners who will get to stay in the house for free with 12 other independent booksellers.
